Rates & Payment for Renew YOU Counselling Services

In today’s busy and fast-paced world, I know how hard it can be hard to carve out much needed time for self care. In order to best support you, I offer individual in person and online SKYPE counselling sessions.

A free 20 minute initial consultation is offered to potential clients. This provides us with the opportunity to introduce ourselves and to see if we are a good fit for moving forward in counselling together. There is no commitment beyond this call, so should the match between us not feel right, I will recommend you to someone else.

No matter where you are in your personal journey, paying as you go provides ease and convenience. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or credit card via PayPal.

Individual Sessions:

• 20 minute consultation – FREE
• 60 minute session – $120 flat fee
• 90 minute session – $165 flat fee

Individual sessions can either be 60 minutes or 90 minutes depending on your needs.

Please note that some counselling services provided by a Registered Professional Counsellor are covered by extended benefit plans. Check with your extended medical or service provider to see if you have coverage. Payment is required up front and you can submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
