Renew YOU Counselling is a private practice based in Vancouver, offering face-to-face and online SKYPE counselling. Specializing in body and self image, I am an expert in helping women navigate through a wide range of image changes. In today’s fast-paced world, women often struggle with judgment, pressure, and dissatisfaction with their self perception.
Facing career and relationship changes, illness, injury, loss and aging can profoundly impact our sense of self, leaving us either better or bitter from our experiences. When our life expectations and present day reality don’t line up, this painful gap can erode our joy, dreams, and self image.
These are some of the most pivotal times, when our worst challenges can become our greatest assets in life – or not. We either shrink and become small or we gather our resilience and choose to face, re-evaluate, and re-align the next chapter of life. The truth is, radiance and authentic beauty happen when our happiness, acceptance, and confidence shines beyond us.
